| The fact that I have to add a section
on stress is simply due to the reality that I, like
many of us, have accepted that stress is an inevitable
part of life.
This is understandable because I doubt that any of
you can say that your lives are stress free. In fact,
sometimes people tell me that their number one goal
is to get rid of the stress in their lives.
I believe in the damage stress causes to our bodies
and minds. I also am convinced of the effectiveness
of meditation in relieving and preventing much of that
damage.
In each issue of my ezine, I will include a section
on stress. It may have a discussion, a new finding or
suggestion, or perhaps a new stress management technique.
The first item that all of us need in order to deal
with loss and change is a toolbox. Whatever it is called,
a tool or a Stress Buster, it is something that I hope
all of you will acquire or add to the methods you have
already learned.
I will include a comment and/or technique to guide you
toward the goal of reducing the effects of stress.
I will also provide you with resources that I have
used successfully to deal with stress, along with pointers
for you to get them.
I hope you will take advantage of what I offer by signing
