what is this 'energy stuff' and how does it work you
may well be asking?
IMPORTANT:
ok it's
FIRSTLY ESSENTIAL we define before we continue,
the term 'ENERGY' with you - and it's context!
In NER®
we use the term "Energy", not in
a vague New Age way, rather in a practical demonstratable
way. Everything around us, including ourselves, is composed
of Energy and is impacting us constantly! We use the
term energy to define the impact that our intangible
thoughts, feelings, beliefs and emotions have in our
day to day life...then also you have our actual personal
energy in the context of feeling vitalitised
and totally energised...
Please
note here is the key: We all experience
the effects of “thought fields” in
our everyday life: By definition, a field is an
“invisible sphere of influence", like
a magnetic field or gravitational field. When
we focus on a current problem or painful memory,
or issue, maybe what someone said 3 years ago
even! (Or the object of a phobia), we can tangibly
feel the “invisible influence” of
that thought in our bodies, its “field”,
especially if that thought is particularly distressing.
We get a butterfly feeling in our stomach, mouth
dries up, all sorts of reactions.

know and somehow pick up and ‘feel the negativity
or vibes’ i.e. the “energy”

Whenever we experience
these emotions, it causes literally a ‘disruption
in our subtle energy field system’
that if not released often manifests in
different ways stays with us and un-be known,
