After several years at the very top of a well known show that came to an end this actor was overwhelmed with what to do next and presented a period for him of uncertainty that put an immense strain on himself and his family. He started a spiral of depression and became addicted with drugs to cope…

The solution and what we did…
We set about building a compelling vision, outcome and goals to re-establishing his career. Exploring key areas of his new life and designing his future with confidence and a new belief in his own ability, (as described coming up).

Concerning his addictive issues, and depression - we worked with him to recognise his so called ‘triggers’ and his unconscious strategy he was using and ‘pattern he was running’ to get himself depressed. Then came up with several methods to empower him and avoid this self-sabotage behaviour and for him to have powerful yet simple coping strategies in place he can use anytime.
In just eight coaching sessions with us, BD formulated a plan, clarified his goals, identified his fears, addressed key factors for success, and designed an action plan for their achievement.

He has regained his confidence, recognised the value of his immense experience, identified his unique capabilities and secured several new production deals as well as setting up his own business he’d always wanted to passionately do, but lacked he thought the confidence and certain skill set!

Results

To date, BD is back doing the sort of work that he loves, is more aware and confident of his capabilities and is re-established in business, in an interesting and challenging role, and absolutely embracing his future!!
